You must first login to purchase this item.

The Oxford Dictionary defines bias as "a strong feeling in favor of or against one group of people, or one side in an argument." Bias is a key element to be considered when creating an equitable and inclusive workplace environment where all viewpoints are welcome. While bias is common among all humans and can assist us in learning about ourselves and others, bias in the workplace can have significant negative consequences for individuals and organizations if not understood and addressed.

In this module, I will learn:

  • How to commit adequate time to unlearning bias.
  • Where bias shows up in decision-making.
  • How to reflect on my own personal and professional biases.
