In this module, educators will reflect on their current practices individually and collectively. Educators will determine the effectiveness of their strategies and learn new ways to manage behaviors that impede their students' learning, social, and emotional development.
Educators have learned much about lesson planning, differentiation, and best pedagogical practices. However, we often are not prepared to manage behaviors and our students' social and emotional needs while implementing high-quality instruction. This module will provide you with tools to continue to build your capacity to create an inclusive classroom and apply behavioral strategies when appropriate.
