At Ed-Enuf, we encourage our partners to have dialogue around the topics they embark on in their teams. In order to have successful and productive discussions, you need individuals who are equipped to be able to guide the conversation. You need facilitators. 

In this module, you will explore what skills are necessary to be effective as a facilitator. 

I Will Learn How To:

• Gain competence as a facilitator and communicator and create healthy dialogue and interactions.
• Understand what it means to be a guide in group discussions.
• Develop a written action plan to outline what you will do to facilitate discussions to help your organization become a more inclusive and equitable work environment for all.
