If you want your learners to be able to apply what they learn through the modules, a key practice to implement will be holding spaces to process the material in group settings. 

At Ed-Enuf, we encourage our partners to have dialogue around the topics they embark on in their teams. In order to have successful and productive discussions, you need individuals who are equipped to be able to guide the conversation. You need facilitators. 

In this module, you will learn the postures of effective facilitators and what postures you can avoid.  

I Will Learn How To:

• Gain competence as a facilitator and communicator and create healthy dialogue and interactions.
• Understand what it means to have an effective posture as a facilitator.
• Understand what it means to have an ineffective posture as a facilitator.
• Develop a written action plan to outline what you will do to facilitate discussions to help your organization become a more inclusive and equitable work environment for all.
