A facilitator’s posture sets the tone for every culture-building conversation. It communicates whether learning feels safe, whether curiosity is welcome, and whether change feels possible.

In this module, you’ll learn how to recognize and adjust your facilitation posture—moving from performance or control toward presence and inquiry. Drawing on Edgar Schein’s Humble Inquiry and Humble Leadership, this module helps facilitators strengthen credibility, foster trust, and lead dialogue that aligns with mission and values.
