Module 1: What are Power & Gender Dynamics?

In this module, you’ll explore how power and gender dynamics influence workplace culture, leadership, and inclusion—often in ways that go unnoticed. Through real-world examples, practical frameworks, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how to recognize both structural and interpersonal dynamics that shape who gets heard, supported, and promoted.

You’ll leave with the tools to better understand identity, interrupt bias, and create a workplace where power is more consciously and inclusively shared.
