Module 1: Facilitator's Guide

Every organization needs people who can help others navigate complex conversations about culture, values, and change.

This module explores what it means to guide rather than teach, fix, or convince. You’ll learn how to facilitate with humility, create space for others to grow, and cultivate conditions where learning and trust can take root.

Rather than being the hero of the conversation, you’ll learn to become a steady presence—someone who models reflection, curiosity, and courage in the midst of difference.

I Will Learn How To:

  • Distinguish between the mindset of a “hero” and the mindset of a “guide.”
  • Facilitate culture-building conversations that prioritize learning over performing.
  • Apply the core competencies of a culture facilitator: awareness, adaptability, emotional regulation, and reflection.
  • Build trust and accountability through questions that help others process and grow.
