At Ed-Enuf, we believe that learning a new skill or practice requires more than watching our modules and processing the material individually or in a group.
To measure learning progress, we use the Kirkpatrick Model Framework to assess different 4 Levels of Learning:
Level 1 - Reaction: Assess participants' immediate satisfaction and engagement with the training.
Level 2 - Learning: Evaluate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through quizzes or demonstrations.
Level 3 - Behavior: Measure the application of learning on the job through observation or performance metrics.
Level 4 - Results: Evaluate the overall impact of training on organizational goals and outcomes, assessing benefits and ROI.
